Major delay in receiving item and too many small crumbs

There are alot of small crumbs of the savouries in each packet ... looks like the packets got crushed while shipping.
20 packets of this item was ordered on October 17th but I received them on December 2nd. Was contacted by a Surati staff member after 3 days that there is a delay for 2 weeks at the most. After 3 weeks I contacted them & was told it will be another 1 week.
Finally after 6 weeks when I first placed the order the 20 packets were ready to be shipped which arrived in 2 days time since I'm in the East Coast in the US.
